You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content complies with these Terms.

The Services may integrate or link to third-party services, including payment processors and content providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEN COMPASS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zen Compass and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will continue.

12. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zen Compass is organized, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where arbitration is required by law. You waive class actions and agree to bring claims individually.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date and will be effective when posted. Your continued use signifies acceptance.
